We will kick off the celebrations with a welcome dinner in the Villa Barberino courtyard—A laid-back evening with tuscan pizza, gelato, live Italian folk music, and speeches!

📍 Location: Pathway in front of the main villa

⏱️ Time: 8 - 10 PM

Notes: 

• A drink will be included with your meal. If you'd like to purchase additional drinks, Villa Barberino guests can charge it to their room, and non-guests can pay by cash or card.

• 🚌 Shuttle Service: Guests staying external to Villa Barberino will arrive by 7pm and leave at 11pm

Saturday, June 21

The wedding will follow on Saturday. The ceremony will take place late afternoon, followed by an aperitivo and the reception dinner. The night will conclude with a DJ and dancing of course.

Light Lunch: 12-1:30 

• Note: The Villa restaurant will be available for a light lunch/limited menu. Villa guests can charge any food or beverages purchased to their room. 

Welcome drinks: 4 PM 📍 Terrace near the ceremony garden

• 🚌Shuttle Service: Guests staying external to Villa Barberino will arrive by shuttle at 4pm

Ceremony: 4:30 PM 📍 Garden of the Villa

Aperitivo: 5 PM 📍 Terrace under the ancient oaks

Dinner: 7 PM 📍 Villa courtyard

Cake cutting: 9:15 PM 📍 Villa courtyard

Party & Open Bar: 10 PM–1 AM 📍 Indoor restaurant hall

Late-night snack: Midnight 📍 Indoor restaurant hall

Sunday, June 22

We've reserved an extra day at the villa for guests to hang by the pool, eat lunch, or choose your own adventure and explore the nearby regions. 

Relax and soak in the last day with us—no formal plans, just good company and Tuscan sun.
